Action-angle formalism for spherical potentials

__init__(*args, **kwargs)[source]¶

Initialize an actionAngleSpherical object.

Parameters:

pot (Potential or list thereof) – A spherical potential.
ro (float or Quantity, optional) – Distance scale for translation into internal units (default from configuration file).
vo (float or Quantity, optional) – Velocity scale for translation into internal units (default from configuration file).
_gamma (float, optional) – Replace Lz by Lz+gamma Jz in effective potential when using this class as part of actionAngleAdiabatic (internal use).
