NAME:
__init__
PURPOSE:
initialize an actionAngleTorus object
INPUT:
pot= potential or list of potentials (3D)
tol= default tolerance to use when fitting tori (|dJ|/J)
dJ= default action difference when computing derivatives (Hessian or Jacobian)
